Jeff Stewart was born Stewart Jeffrey on 28 October, 1955 in Aberdeen. He is a Scottish actor who played PC Reg Hollis in The Bill from 1984 to 2008. His contract was not renewed after he attempted suicide on the set. He has also appeared in Doctor Who.
