Paul O'Grady (also known as Paul Savage), born 14 June, 1955, in Brikenhead, Merseyside. He is an English actor, comedian, entrepreneur, writer, television presenter and radio DJ who guest starred in The Bill. He found his claim to fame as Roxanne, an informant of DS Ted Roach in three episodes of The Bill between 1988 and 1990 (Personal Imports, No Strings and Information Received). When the character Roxanne returned in 2000, they were played by George Costigan.

He also has acting roles in Holby City, Chimera and Doctor Who.
