Mark Powley was born 4 October, 1963 in Chelmsford. He is a British actor who played PC Ken Melvin in The Bill, Rob Lucas in Coronation Street, Liam Hammond in Emmerdale, he has also been in Doctors, New Tricks, Hollyoaks, Keen Eddie, Rosemary and Thyme, Bergerac, Peak Practice, Heartbeat, Lovejoy, Holby City, and Starhunter.
