Elaine Lordan was born 15 December, 1966 in Islington, London. She is a British actress who is best known for her role as Lynne Hobbs in EastEnders from 2000 until 2004, she has also been in Gimme Gimme Gimme, Game On, The Detectives, Pie in the Sky, The Bill, 99-1, Face, Saracen, Wish Me Luck, Miracles Take Longer, Dramarama, Worlds Beyond, This Year's Love, Tucker's Luck, Dangerfield, Nice Town, Minder, Casualty, Big Deal, Brush Strokes, No Frills, A Gentleman's Club, London's Burning, Prime Suspect and The Gentle Touch.

Lordan appears in the fifth series of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in November 2005, but within a day of arriving she passed out and was removed from camp on medical advice. She was the first person to be voted off the 2007 series of Soapstar Superstar after performing Bonnie Tyler's "It's a Heartache".
