Patricia Franklin was born 11 September, 1942 in East Finchley, London. She is an English actress who has been in The Bill. She later appeared in all three films in Edgar Wright's and Simon Pegg's Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy in Shaun of the Dead (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007) and The World's End (2013).
