The rivalry between PCs Des Taviner and Gemma Osborne reaches a new high when Osborne plays a recording of Taviner over the station loudspeakers - a trick Taviner himself had once played on Vicky Hagen. A distraught Acting DI Nixon finds her daughter has run away from home after an argument.
