Stephen Churchett was born 10 April, 1947 in Bromley, London. He is a British actor and screenwriter who plays Marcus Christie in BBC's Soap drama EastEnders and Joseph Wint in The House of Eliott. Churchett has been several times in acting roles like Bugs, The Bill, Heartbeat, C.A.T.S. Eyes, Doctor Who, Jubilee, The Professionals, Casualty, Campion, Boon, Hannay, Agatha Christie's Marple, Grange Hill, Specials, Dalziel and Pascoe, Minder, The Detectives, All Quiet on the Preston Front, Pie in the Sky, Hunting Venus, Dangerfield, The Brief, Law & Order UK, Lewis, Monroe and Peak Practice. He has also writing the screens in Lewis, Inspector Morse, Hornblower, Kavanagh QC and Monsignor Renard.
