Rae Baker was born 1974 in Southampton. She is an English actress who played DC Juilet Becker in The Bill, and Caroline Garvey in Doctors, she has also been in Jonathan Creek, Goodnight Sweetheart, Birds of a Feather, and Ed Stone Is Dead.
