Rhea Bailey was born 1983 in Leeds. She is an English actress who plays PC Mel Ryder in The Bill, Stella Parkman in Doctors, Yasmin in Waterloo Road, Liz Merryman in Casualty, and Chloe Simms in Crossroads. She is the older sister of Corinne Bailey Rae.
